We’re manufacture over 250+ products in valves & fittings category. Our main products are Needle Valve, Ball Valve, Check Valve, Compression Tube Fittings, Precision Pipe Fittings, Air Header, Condensate Pot, Gauge Cock, Double Regulating Valve, Flow Control Valve.

We have ISO 90001 : 2015, ISO 45001 : 2018, ISO 14001 : 2015 certifications.
Ofcourse, we have our own research and development facility. This facility allows us to push the boundaries of existing designs. We can improve designs and change the materials we use to push the boundaries of the technology we’ve already created.
We have fully advance machinery and technology equipped manufacturing unit in the Ahmedabad city of gujarat state in India.
We outfitted our own internal testing facility. We perform a tests like, Seal Leakage Test, Hydro Test, Seismic Test, Helium Test, Working Pressure Test, and Performance Test.

We have a quality assurance team that checks the quality of the raw materials, In-process station examinations, and final inspections after valves and fittings are completed using our own cutting-edge, high-tech machinery in our quality testing facility.

If the parts are found defective during the testing, we’ll examine it and working on to solve the issue. Sometimes the problems are occurring from the machine also. After satisfying the parts quality, We approved the product for ready to use.
First we safely pack the valves & other accessories and take care that our packaging material covers the entire parts. Then we put it into the wooden box & safely seal the box.
We always use high quality packaging material, to pack the valves & it’s accessories. Just as importantly, good packaging keeps products safe during its delivery to our consumer’s doorstep by preventing our product bouncing around or getting crushed during transit.
We are able to dispatch goods by road, sea & by air cargo services. As our city has an International airport facility for air cargo & ICD at Sabarmati, Ahmedabad for sea cargo booking.
For international customers FedEx service is preferred. For domestic customers Maruti Courier, DTDC Courier services are preferred. Courier providers will be selected on the basis of their service availability at your location.
Normally it takes 4-9 days to deliver the order in india. For export orders, It’s very difficult to describe because it totally depends on the courier company, shipping method, country where to deliver and rules & regulation of customs. Health Check-up and servicing of valve totally depends on the type of valve, frequency of use and how critical application is.
Although our valves may perform well over published ratings, we cannot recommend using products outside the engineering specified pressure range.
We have advanced technology with fully equipped In-House quality control facilities. After manufacturing we check the quality of the valve & fittings.
First we check the quality of the raw material. At the time of machining our expert visually checks the quality of the parts. After machining we inspect the valve at the station and the final inspection is conducted by our expert team at the end. If it meets our pre-defined quality standards then it will be ready to dispatch.
We try to advise as best we can. However, because each application is unique, approval is up to the end user. We encourage the use of samples for validation, which we can typically provide.
Yes, It is very important to check. Our experts first check the quality of the raw material. If they found a fraction of error in the quality of raw material, We return the entire lot of the raw material to our vendor.
Yes, We have a fully equipped In-House research & development center. Our experts can make refinements to designs and change the materials we use to extend the limits of the technology we have already developed.
