SS Syphons Tube is available in a wide array of configurations based on end-users requirements such as NPT, BSP, Butt Weld, Flanged, Socket Weld, or Compression outlets. U Type Siphon Tube is Suitable for Vertical Pipe Mounting. Coil / Pigtail Siphons are Suitable for Horizontal Pipe Mounting. Syphons can be selected in terms of Pipe Schedule or Pressure Rating. The Syphons are specifically designed to protect a pressure sensor from high-temperature media, for instance, steam. Other than that, it has also proven its efficacy by reducing the damaging possibilities of the pressure gauge in the rapid pressure changes. The use of the symphony with the pressure gauge permits the system builders to use a pressure sensor with a considerably lower temperature range in high-temperature applications too.
During the application, the syphon should be filled with water or an analogous separating medium and the concentration of the pressure medium accumulated inside the coiled portion of the syphon helps abate straight contact with the external media and hence protect the pressure sensor.
