Ped lock is the renowned Moisture Separator Manufacturer in India. The Models moisture in compressed air enters into the separator tangentially and further, its travels to pass through baffles which will result in the spinning of air around the inner separator pipe. The water droplets are impinged on the separator wall by this centrifugal action. That separates water droplets from the air. Here the speed of air reaches a maximum at the bottom of the separator. Then air enters the inner pipe resulting in a change of direction, and further separation of droplets occurs. Then the air will pass through the demister pad, here moisture will be separated in wire mesh and small droplets will be separated and collected at the bottom of the separator. Moisture Separator is designed on impingement principle & basic function is to separate bulk quantity of bigger oil & moisture droplets from compressed air. The separated oil & moisture gets collected in the sump & further drained out effectively by providing a suitable drain at the bottom.
There is a large amount of water in the compressed air system, which will corrode the pipeline, damage the valves permanently, air cylinders, and pneumatic tools and devices, and reduce the efficiency of the after-cooler/ heat exchanger. Moisture Separator with high efficiency of separator gas and water, according to the gravity, high-speed cyclone rotate to distinguish the water and water, condensate will be removed by the auto inner drain. Zero pressure loss and save power and save your money.
